"This is probably the best value in all of Bordeaux 2021! A brilliant effort showing a new grace and finesse from Fronsac, a theft at the price point that it is likely to be released at. Fronsac used to be highly sought after, some of the finest terroirs in Bordeaux can be found here, prices are crazy low for the quality. Don't be a label drinker, be a quality wine drinker! This is classified quality at unclassified price. And will probably last 30-40 years in the cellar, if you can keep your hands of it in the meantime."

The balanced palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins and assiduously integrated oak. It fans out generously on the finish. Classy Fronsac."

Château Dalem Ch. Dalems historie går tilbage til 1610, hvilket gør vinslottet til et af Bordeauxs ældste. Tilstede i Aalborg har vi ejer Brigitte Rullier-Loussert, som i 2002 overtog Ch. Dalem efter sin far, Michel Rullier. Slotsfacaden vender nærmest symbolsk mod Pomerol og St.-Émilion på modsatte bred af Isle-floden. Vinen Ch. Dalem er en fabelagtig Fronsac, der med op til 94 point hos de store anmeldere sagtens kan byde sine mere berømte naboappellationer op til dans. Druerne til førstevinen håndhøstes fra 10 hektar med 45 år gamle, syd/sydøstvendte vinstokke på Fronsacs lerholdige kalkstensplateau.
